If you would like to join the hundreds of traders who have attended out events please email us to be put on the mailing list. (Please tell us which event you are interested in, your name, address and phone number and what you will be selling).

We offer stalls to those who attended the previous event first and then those on the waiting list. Our events at Stafford in March and Chiswick are very popular and space is booked very quickly. If you are interested in these two events you will need to get your name on the waiting list as soon as possible. Also, we sometimes get cancellations at the last minute and those on the waiting list who can attend at short notice are at an advantage.

Booking forms are normally available about 6 months before each event.

The Booking Rules
Booking are only confirmed on receipt of the stall fee. A booking confirmation will be sent if a sae is provided when you return the booking form. Cheques can be postdated to the cut off date which is the first of the month before the event. For example, for Reading this would be 1st May. Up till the cut off date the booking can be cancelled with a full refund of the fee. If a postdated cheque has been provided this will be destroyed. If you need your cheque returned a sae is required. If you have paid in full the fee can be moved to a future event or a cheque will be sent to you, no sae required.

Provisional bookings can be made by phone or email and the stall will be held until either (a) the cut off date is passed or (b) the event is full and another booking is requested. In case (a), if the booking has been provisional for at least a week and no cheque has been received the provisional booking will be cancelled and the stall offered to those on the waiting list. In case (b), we will try to contact you to tell you of the situation. If we are unable to contact you the provisional booking will be cancelled.

There will be no exceptions to the above conditions.

To avoid any difficulties with booking our stalls you should send a cheque immediately. Given that you can postdate the cheque and get a full refund before the cut off date there is no reason for delaying and risk losing your stall.
